Armorer Wanted

Tacked to the message board at chest level (for a medium-sized humanoid) is a note that appears to be made from handmade parchment. Upon closer inspection, the "ink" is actually dried blood. Written in the most common language of Aenea and in such a simple hand that even a child could read it, it says simply:

Seeking the services of a skilled armorer to craft a suit of Chitin Armor from raw material I have collected. Payment negotiable.

The message repeats itself in precise Elven script.

And again in Dwarven script, though to a dwarf, it is obvious the writer is struggling some with the runes.

"Seek out Angelica. Hope she's not hungry"
