Not Used: Wanderer Portal Amulets

Inspired by this post here : Transport via Plant, etc

With the addition of the "newer" off-hand held aloft amulets... maybe the amulet controller for the wanderers portal should change too.... even more so as it does seem to affect a large range of people swapping out the powers of various amulets....

I'm not even suggesting that it goes to an actual amulet either... there are some great items in the torch range of products... from lanterns to wands...

It shouldn't be too hard to add in either... the "amulet" resref changed to match the new one from the person who gives you it, the scripts changed to check the off-hand weapon slot (instead of the amulet slot) and to check for the new item tag .....

I like it, just make sure to post a warning to folks that have dwarf/ maker modified amulets before a script is put in place to automatically switch them all out
