With the next planned reset (after I get done in the toolset), drow and half-drow characters (and those using a hat of disguise to look like a drow) may notice a little change...drow you encounter will not be hostile to you...as long as you don't kill any of them. This opens up the possibility of having one or more drow merchants.

Ack. Something wrong with the new onperception scripting for drow and half-drow. I'll have to figure this one out...probably a simple mix-up involving the hat of disguise and exact placement of the check for subrace.

I presume that this is already implemented, yes? If so, are there also already implemented vendors for this as well?

Sort of (fixing it now), and yes (there is one, in a new little part of the Underdark).
