I've been toying with an idea for a blackguard since The Amethyst Dragon announced that change made for paladins that become blackguards, vis. the blackguard self-heal.

If the blackguard is a vampire would the corrupted lay-on hands harm him/her?

No. It should heal a vampire blackguard just as well as a living one.
