Not sure if this is the correct section but!!!!

how does one get lost from plainscross to find the lost valley.
I have spent about 30 mins RL going backwards and forwards and now he's had enough.

There is a large open space on the western side of Plainscross. Be careful of the wolves (and sometimes the unseen hunters) that stalk the fields there. Walk along the western edge of the fields and you will find yourself on a trackless path.

After that...

Cryptic Clue:

It there someone that helps the lost? Could such a being help in finding a place that is lost? Would learning everything about such a being help?
