VFX quivers and Option Elfsize: Quiver is good, the arrows aren't. Aenea_11

As can be seen in the screenshot, the VFX quiver correctly uses the elf version for an elf-sized half elf, but the arrows are using the human sized VFX.

On a side note, the VFXs dont match with other things too. Elfsized half-elves get the human sized circlets/spectacles applied as well instead of the elf versions.

This has been fixed! Huzzah!

However, I think the fix also at the same time borked VFXs for brownie appearances.

Ailish's VFX quiver disappeared (but not the arrows), and was replaced by a "darkness" VFX (which moves with her).

Also, I decided to abandon the fae-adept/fire starter build and relevel her to her very first original mouse-dragon build (If only to see if the new dragonsoul horn models played nice with her brownie appearance).....

No horns... instead, she got a pulsing blue glow.

Removing the VFX quiver removes the darkness, I will assume relevelling with her second set of scales and not taking dragonsoul will remove the blue pulsing glow.

Ah, brownies.  Something I haven't coded anything for.  And the new code was looking just at appearance instead of racial type (to account for those elfy half-elves without coding for race and appearance).  Since the brownie appearance isn't one of the regular 6 types...the script isn't assigning a correct VFX number as a consequence, so you're getting #0 ("blur", the pulsing blue) or #1 ("darkness").

The VFXs might have been working (or close to working) previously because it was looking at race, not appearance (which is what messed up the arrows for those odd-ball half-elves)...and the halfling VFXs were as small as they get and may be been the closest a brownie could use anyway.

Brownie issue should be fixed for next module update.  Added a check to any VFX scripts I could find to check for brownie (appearance #1002) and change it to the halfling one.  Not guaranteed to function 100% of the time, but that's to be expected when using a custom skin (appearance).

The halfling ones work well enough Smile  I used the quiver VFX on Ailish for her "spears", as she's so small she RP wise uses arrows for her 'javalins' (dart items) lol  It's a lil big on her, but she is very tiny.
