Phantasmal Killer + Demons

This spell doesn't work right vs demon racial types.  Or rather, it doesn't at all.

I'll cast the spell.... and... that's it.  No saving throws, no feedback of any sort.  Just Aga is casting phantasmal killer/Aga casts phantasmal killer.

I went and tested the spell on other types of critters, goblins, cinder mice, monstrous bats, ect.  It works fine on them (well, not the cinder mice... they got magic immunity... but at least there was feedback).

I get this issue with my epic spells as well.  When I directly target my destroy seed spell on a demon, nothing.  Same with the elder brain (but not regular mindflayers).  If I target the ground near demons/elder brain though, THEN they'll get hit.

I don't know how the phantasmal killer script is set up.... but if it has a racial type check in it (would make sense since undeads are supposed to be immune)... then perhaps the check is not properly handling the demon racial type?

Which demons in the DR are you fighting? I have been experiencing that thing with Anna, too. I just went with the assumption they had True Sight since most enemies at epic level has that. ^^;

Tried in on the roaches, er fraxan and shaxox demons, soulbournes, and various balors (regular, hunter, and shaman prior to shaman throwing up his true-seeing spell).

Ah, yeah, I haven't been able to kill any of those with PK either. :V
