Head: Have you tried going to Shada's alterations in Macedone? It's possible the number of the head model your character is trying to refer to isn't a valid one anymore.

Shield: Have you tried using the anvil of updating items in the astral conjunction?

XP: Are you losing 1 XP all the time, or is it an example number? Does it occur when you don't gain xp as well?

If you're losing 1 XP every round.... do you by chance have a helm or armor of mindshielding equipped?  Those drain 1 XP per round while worn

Shield: Yes I clicked on the anvil, when I logged in. I waited and every item was updated.

Head: I will have to find Macedone.. Been a long time, and the locations have changed.

XP: I will have to check on if Vincent has a mindshielding equipment.. Yes he is losing 1 xp every round.

Xp: Yes Vincent has a helmet of Mind Shielding.

Another thing... Why is it so difficult to move in the starter area? I always get stuck.

As in: the character stops for a moment? Pretty sure it's for the script checking for subrace movement bonuses.

Yep, there is a trigger that will make your PC stop doing anything until you command him/her to do something again ( ClearAllActions() in the script that checks for subrace stuff and applies it).
Other than that, I agree it is somewhat difficult to navigate in the Astral Conjunction...sometimes you have to adjust your camera angle in order for your clicks to have an effect.

Yes, movement as in move the character in any direction. I have adjust my camera angle, and still he is doing the moon walk. I even stop the movement action, he still does the moon walk. Then I click elsewhere, but it has no success.

That's just lag.  It's been pretty sucky as of late.  Had several bouts of it this morning.
