Life suckys bad :(

Well...my life took a turn for the shitter a few days ago. I am my moms provider and i have/had my own bills i had to pay...internet...tv...and so on. Anyway due to the fact i am not an official tenant here i couldnt get it in my name...it had to be in the apt renters name. So i put it in her name and had to go thru my moms bank account, i get paid..take money out of my bank..put in hers...then pay the bills.

Well...being that michigan is in debt up to its eyeballs the social worker that does my paychecks found out and used it as an excuse to put a stop on all my checks cause once the money hit her account he is saying it no longer is my money but hers...and unreported....so he fired me as her provider and now i have to leave.

I have a friend in minnesota who is got a spare room i can rent from him..and i can get a job at the casino he works there but i have to move/drive 750 some miles with all my stuff in a uhaul(if i can get one without a job...as i gotta try to take out a 1000 dollar loan) to get there.

Life kinda sucks at the moment so my online status will be really limited for a month or two but i just wanted to give all the heads up as to where i vanished to.

Oh the little problems that paperwork, logistics and politically correct things can have on ones life... ..... Let me get this clear.. your being kicked out of your mums apartment because you pay her rent for her??... Thats just madness.....

Well i wont be leaving instantly...i have to somehow scrape up bout 1100 bucks to get the uhaul and money for gas and such.

The reason im being booted is as follows...

1.Its her apt. so any bills must be in her name.
2.i had several...internet,tv and so on that i had in her name.
3. i got paid every month....i took out the 320 bucks from my account and placed in hers and then paid the bills online.


According to social services even though its my money, the moment i put it in her account it becomes her money and thus is unreported money for her social services stuff and thus she is commiting fraud...even though its my money.

They are using that as a loophole to kick me because michigan is so damn far in debt due to stupid spending they look for any loophole to get someone off welfare and off as they call it....*the free ride*

Anyway....im goin to get my drivers license back today(no car so had just an id) and then i need to look into gettin a loan from the bank...i doubt it will happen as with no job ...well you get the picture. So ill have to find a temp job for a month or two (ya right...83% unemployment in mich.) save up the 1100 bucks then get my truck and make the horrid drive.

Yeah that sucks.... ..... sometimes with all the backwards laws, bent cops and unforgiving social services with no common sense, I really do wonder if the great and mighty USA is truely "the country of freedom"..... ....

I can't see how following the law by placing all household bills in her name, because its her apartment, and then "lending" her the money to pay off the bills *you* have created gets you kicked out.... thats just backwards and barmy to me..... ... but then maybe thats the different mindset from across the waves... we lend money around the family as though its really just "one big pot".. and no-one batters an eyelid..... .... crazy.... ...

Well there's a law in the US that you cannot loan someone $5,000 or more without them claiming it on their tax forms, so if that amount had been reached through Kefrem's transactions then there might be some basis to her (wholly overdone) response.

Actually I should clarify, I know that law is active in Oregon, not sure about other states. Either way, I don't see how they have the right to kick you out of the house... and even if they do, can't you just go to "visit"?

I can't understand the reasoning behind this at all. You're mother loses the care you provide for her and you (have to?) move hundreds of miles away...I'm sorry this is happening to you.

Well the move out thing is cause if i didnt...they would nail her for the fraud...so i am moving out to stop them from doing it.

At any rate...ive discovered i have 3 months if i want/need to move out..so im gonna take my time and not rush things...so ill still be hangin around annoyin you folks
