Agh! DM Help please!

I think that my email address is on Amethyst's block list, I send my custom items erfs over and over but I never get a response from via email or on the forums.
As such, if I am blocked from sending him emails, it would be nice to be unblocked so he can look at the erfs I send them and tell me if they are ok or not.

There have been three items in particular that I have been trying to send to , all three are items I want my druid Rick Sanneset to have and use. However until my email gets through, I doubt I will get my custom items...

DM Gaelen gave me my items for rick sanneset, but noticed duplicate references for the wolven guardian belt in the toolset, the one with an F is the faulty item.
I'm glad I got my items though. He said he'd give me my other items for Arion Bloodbane and Callis Fellfair too.

Turns out Arion Bloodbane has a 20k voucher instead of a 40k one, so I obviously prematurely sent in my erf for him.
Callis Fellfair didn't even have a voucher... and all he needs is a 20k voucher for his item...

I'm not entirely sure what happenned that prevented Arion and Rick from ever going to get their 20k voucher, as every time I'm allowed to get one of those papers, I tend to take them... but Callis hasn't even gotten there yet, hehehe, he is a super noober.

As noted, no items for Arion or Callis because no vouchers

I've gotten emails from you. I added those three items a long time ago (I thought they looked familiar when I imported them again a couple of days ago). I tend to clean some parts of the item-giving script out after they've been there a month or so, so that might be it (or there was originally a typo that wasn't fixed....the script is very specific about spelling/capitalization/spaces/punctuation in both usernames and character names).
