Not Used: Phoenix's Telepotation Capture
Havent played around with this much because it seems very easy to resist....
but one thought:
If the spell is successful, what is to stop the target from just immediately
high tailing it away from thecaster, thereby wasting the spell's effect?
It might be good to add a few seconds of immobility to the target
to allow the successful caster to take advantage of the
spell's effect.

There is a another save built into the background of the script that if failed can lead to a round of immobility.
NPCs generally don't run, so this is really just something to consider for those arena battles between players.
