While i havent gotten his bio written up yet some have expressed confusion as to his style of dress...well this should clear a few things up. Its where i initially got the idea for tarn, Mind you this is a greyhawk based background for the the Snow(Arctic) elves...but should fit in any land with a frozen north. I'll get his actual bio written up in a few days.
