As far as a prize....hmmm...I don't have many epic level characters, so it probably should be something suited to a character somewhere between levels 3 and 15.
Maybe an ioun stone? My rather silent elf has two dull grey ones so far and is on the hunt for the rest of the grey ones (just to do).
