Ralth Deity Blessings

Since the blessing rom Ralth is almost useless unless you have crafting feats, is it possible for followers of Ralth be granted an item that can give them a temporary feat for crafting items? (Craft Arms/Armor, Imbue Focus, etc.)

I was also thinking it would be cool if clerics of Ralth (or perhaps even just devotees) were capable of altering the appearances of items in game that are not normally changeable; something like "only those blessed by Ralth are skilled enough to conceal the eyes in a cloak of vision" and so forth

Either of those would be cool.... as of right now, Ralth clerics don't seem to get much of anything...

Perhaps Ralth clerics could enhance up to +6, as opposed to +5 for others. It does say that some clerics of ralth can enchant things better than epic mages after all

Another thing - perhaps those who have Ralth as their patron deity can automatically be able to use the Mystical Boots of Modification?

Do any of the Deities grant their worshipers/followers anything?

The reason I state this is because the blessing gives them a boost to craft weapon/armor checks... which does little for someone without the capabilities to use the boots to my knowledge.
