Used: Skin-colored Tail

I just looked through the cep list of tail models and found a devil-tail, that uses skin colors (number 199 iirc). It is the same tail demon spawns get allready, just with skin colors instead of the current yellow/brown colors. I would sooo much love to see my demon spawn halfling have a skin matching tail .

I'll see if I can get it working properly again. I switched it to the normal one after one of the CEP updates a long time ago when the skincolors one stopped working.

Suggestion used. After the next planned server reset (when the new coding actually functions live), new demonspawn will get the skincolor tail. Existing ones can use the VC command pc tool fixmytail to get updated.
