Minor spell tweak?

Just a minor spell tweak...
I started a vampire cleric of ragnor. The inflict wounds spells heal vampires, but I found, my vampire cleric can't cast the spell on himself. Could the inflict spells (and harm too, not sure if you can cast that on yourself) be tweaked to allow casting on oneself? Vampire clerics can't cast cure wounds on themselves (or well, they can, but it doesnt' do anything)... so it'd be neat to not to have to rely on others to cast inflict on oneself.

Oooh, another unrelated idea...
The Light spell. It'd be neat if one could select the color of the light with a VC command

Another unrelated idea - make the create food chests bashable or have them disappear after being emptied or closed.

that set time is 1 minute per level... which can be quite a long time
