'Time Played' clock issue

This has been hanging around for a while (left over from when some people's time played clocks were going all wonky last summer, I think it was), and I'm not quite sure anything can be done about it but...

... can DMs re-set a PC's time played clock? I can't remember. I'll let one of you lovely DMs answer that first before I waste anyone's time delving into the details.

Reset, as in turn back? I don't think so, but I'm not certain by any means. I know we can add time for cases where clocks get knocked by by crashes or database errors though. or Dave would have to confirm though... well, he writes all the commands and Dave knows all the DM commands far better than I do

We don't currently have a way to reset the clock (although I could script one in). Right now, we can just add time if needed.

Doh. One of my PC's clocks seemed to've got doubled sometime last year, which gave her a 128 hour reward chest. At the time I think I just took the gold and then dropped it, as I hadn't actually earned the chest yet. But now I think she's nearing a true 128 hours (I've been keeping a rough time in the in-game journal), so at some point would like some assistance with that.

Next time you're in-game with the character in question, please let one of us DMs know and we'll get you a replacement voucher.
