Using the new hidden visuals, perhaps those linked to Quests could be given a shimmer?

For instance, when bearing a certain journal, having a hidden effect indicate speaking to ladies that usually have nothing to say would be helpful for newbies. Or having quest givers/ receivers shimmer a little to have them stand out in large crowds; helpful in large desert cities.
