Used: Vendar, Watertowns Alchemist

Was just thinking about this one whilst completing again.. er.. slight quest spoiler ahead to do with Darla Blackrose...

- During the quest to get the materials for Darla, you have to drop by the alchemist Vendar in Watertown and trade a bar of mithral for some frosted quicksilver.... frosted quicksilver is a great little potion, but to my knowledge no-one actually sells it and it's quite rare to find (as far as I know) ... ..
I suggest that the alchemist has it added to his store for purchase, maybe with some other "unique" potions as this guy can obviously brew frosted quicksilver, he must be quite good...

I have seen said potion for sale at least one place/merchant; here's a hint as to where. Bring an umbrella, it gets hot where you're bound to go. 
It's not every time said merchant carries it however, as the vendor's inventory rotates with frequency. I agree though that it would make sense for the alchemist in Watertown to carry it too.

There is one place where frosted quicksilver can be found reliably each reset, not far from the vale.
