Used: Wand Recharging

Since the new level selectable wand creation's been in for a somewhere around a year now, could we assume that the 'testing' phase is over and re-enable wand recharging?  Especially for high level wands, creating new ones over and over again becomes prohibitively expensive.

I assume this uses the same procedure with the Sceptre of Magical Reinvestment?

Yup.   turned off wands being valid targets for recharging when level selectable caster levels was put it simply for a test period, and as he mentioned, he forgot to turn it back on   They were always meant to be rechargable.

Wand recharging should now be back to functioning.

There may be some existing ones that won't take recharging (a few had a "no recharge" variable on them for some reason), but newly enchanted wands won't have that.
