Adventurer's Journal (SPOILER)

I cannot seem to get the adventurers journal quest to start. I have the journal in my inventory on first page, and the NPC in Mountainhome just sashays right on past over and over. I think maybe she has a new boyfriend or something!

I get the same thing.  I don't think this quest was moved over to the new system, particularly given that it still gives a default style NWN journal entry.

Did you speak with one of the fae girls outside the troll cave? (Rose, I think it is, daughter to Galithia?... Names might be a bit shady... it's been a while!?!)

You need to speak to her first, then the girlfriend in Mountainholme...

The Darkroots are not fae. They are gnomes.

Aga's gonna find Jay and take him down into the volcano to repeat a little bit of history if the Darkroot gnomish heritage is besmirched any further.

(and I dunno about Sky, but yes when I last tried it, talked to Rose, and no, the girlfriend still doesn't respond any further.  As noted, not sure it got switched over to the new quest system.)

Oh! My mistake.. I did say it's been a while since I came out of the house....

I spoke to Rose as well, and she sent me to Mountainhome, where it appears to be ..... broken.

Thanks for the suggestion though Rusty, best to give all the info possible. I think a flag is broken on the girlfriend, caused by some kid with a fast horse and smooth tongue.
