Freeing Slaves Empty Freeing Slaves

With the Select Tool and ;;tool free - be able to free Slaves (such as those in the Nektaria Sorgath Temple)

This is already in actually... examine the "slave/prisoner" placeable and you should see the instructions for freeing the slave, torturing them, or killing them.  There's at least one other "prisoner" I know of with that same functionality as well.

Yes I know that's in for those. I suggested the functionality should be added to the slaves walking around as well.
