Soulfire warrior sword.
I have been playing around with a soulfire warrior/fighter/weapon master, and the longsword at lvl 10 really needs the keen property. Otherwise, the weapon is very underpowered as compared to a weapon master wielding a keen scimitar.
Other than that, I really like the class, the look and concept is very cool.

I like the class too. But yeah... the 10th level sword is great for a 15th-25th level PC, but tends to be underpowered in upper epic levels.
The no weapon enhancing spells on SFW swords is the real killer. If the sword could take the weapon spells, that would make it FAR more juicy and worthwhile.
As it stands, the armor is more useful than the sword in epic levels, and that seems a little off since the SFW seems to be geared as an offensive class, not a primarily defensive class.
If the stance on applying GMW/Darkfire/flame weapon/keen edge/ect on SFW swords won't change, I'd then suggest some new feats that would add more damage output/capabilities to the sword.
Make them epic level feats, requiring SFW lv10, and selectable as general feats (so SFW's who take all 10 of their class levels pre-epic don't get screwed over).
Or if the SFW10 requirement can't be handled, make them just epic feats general feats.... if one doesn't have SFW levels, they wouldn't have the sword of course, and the feats would be useless.
Something like... SFW Flame Warrior: adds an additional +1d6 of flame damage to the sword, +5% fire imminuty to the armor... Acidic warrior... same, but acid damages instead of fire...
SFW-Master Warrior, requires all the regular elemental warrior feats, adds +1d8 more magical damage to the sword, on on-hit ability of some sort, keen, and some sort of boost for the armor.... Given the multi-feat requirement for this one, it would be a very nice "top level" heavy requirement boost for SFW's.

I like the feats idea. It would give some variety to the class by different characters making different choices after reaching epic levels.
Possible epic general feats based on your suggestion (which would require Soulfire Blade feat) (writing them here so they don't get lost):
Soulfire: Corrosive - add/increase acid damage for sword, +5% acid immunity for armor
Soulfire: Frigid - add/increase cold damage for sword, +5% cold immunity for armor
Soulfire: Molten - add/increase fire damage for sword, +5% fire immunity for armor
Soulfire: Charged - add/increase electrical damage for sword, +5% electrical immunity for armor
Soulfire: Dissonant - add/increase sonic damage for sword, +5% sonic immunity for armor
Soulfire: Enmity - add bonus damage vs. favored enemies (for Ranger/Soulfire Warrior mix)
Soulfire: Radiance - add positive energy damage for sword, +1 regeneration for armor (not for vampires)
Soulfire: Desolation - add negative energy damage for sword, +1 regeneration for armor (vampires or evil)

ooooh, that radiance and desolation eats look veeery nice. Regen, yum. The soulhardened even better.... that'd be +8 armor AC, just as nifty as bracers of fullplate but without taking up a bracer slot

NOticed something with that feat idea list.... the SFW level 10 sword doesn't have electrical damage on it. Unless the feats are "stackable" like epic toughness/epic energy resistance, the "charged" feat would add, but not increase electircal damage
Would be nice if the SFW gear got some electrical damage/resistance by default at level 10 (so the level 10 sword would add the 1d6 electrical to the sword as well as the 1d10 magical).
Other feat ideas....
A couple of on-hits. An on-hit vorpal for the sword/+X reflex save on the armor
Onhit-material (enhanced soulfire material, scripted material like the adamantine/silver/skymetal, ect). For weapons, each successful strike lowers the target's cha and/or wis by1 on failed save vs the level drain. No ability damage on successful save. Targets reduced to 0 wis or cha are killed. Does not function against creatures without a soul to burn For armors, same for targets that hit the SFW. Makes the "soulfire" warrior a real badass
And a utility type feat.....
Dual-bladed..... When summoning a soulfire sword, TWO blades are summoned, the second equipped to the left hand slot (forget offhand if you can equip a weapon directly to the offhand, if not... then perhaps have the blade summoned into the inventory and the player will have to manually equip it). Could be a longsword, or a shortsword version of the soulfire blade.
Soulfire Shield: A compliment to the dual-blade feat... rather than benefiting dualweilders, this feat would summon a soulfire shield with some nice properties on it (+X shield AC, matching the soulfire armor progression, +5% damage immunity, following the soulfire armor progression. Modelwise, perhaps a rendition of the one VFX-emitter tower shield.... it's a large blue force shield, triangular shaped, a small design in it's center, and trails blue vfx light when the PC using it moves.... could recolor it green and red for the neutral/evil alignments. Since small sized SFWs would need two hands to wield their swords anyway, giving medium sized SFWs such a towershield would not cause anyone any grief.

One thought, possible class boosts for the sword.
Paladin of 20 lvls +, the sword takes on the avenger property,
rogue of 20 lvls +, extra sneak attack, etc.
