Probably doesn't exist, ;;mi wand sanctuary don't work, ;;mi wand santuary as it is here spends gold and exp, but no wand in return

Just to make sure, did you set your casting class with the ;;mi class xxx command, and then a valid caster level value with the ;;mi cl xx command before using ;;mi wand sanctuary command?
