Semi-Class Empty Semi-Class

If I decided to relevel a character and it drops below 10, do I lose my semiclass?
And if I relevel a subrace, I'll have to pay the xp debt again, right? (Is there a way to avoid that?)

If you re-level using Arkon's Xp storage function, yes... you will take Xp penalties.

A DM can help you do this without the penalties.

Next time I am in DM mode and I see you on, I will take acre of it.
