BAROVIA! What a cursed place! Creatures that wandered the darkness, and the uncontrolable mists that claimed many. The city of gray, the city of Vallaki, and it's cursed ruler. Von Zarovich. This is where he was born, this is where he was exiled, this is where the darkness was born, and the light was his savour.

Aridian Nightstalker...born into a family of gypsys, his mother was a kind woman who was the camp mystic, who many would travel to seek there fortune. His father was a hunter, who would bring back deer and food for the camp, and kept Aridian safe.

Being on the outskirts of the city of Vallaki, the gypsies where in constant threat of being killed my the Garda. The safty of the camp was the chiefs prime concern, and would constantly provide drills of escape if the Garda discovered them.

That day came, sooner than expected the Garda stormed the camp, ambushing them from many directions, killing all. Aridian escaped, being small he managed slip by the Garda...

Traveling for days in the harsh cold weather, Aridian began to feel a strange power course through his body...the power in time began to manifest itself..he chose to use this power against the Garda...against the city of Vallaki.

He launched his attack, killing many Vallaki Guards, and burining houses, brining terror to the city. His final attack against the cidatel resulted in his capture, and imprisonment.

He was judged to me executed the next morning.

Aridian was not scared, fear was his allie, but he angry and he wanted revenge.

It blinded him, and he couldn't help but lose control of all his senses...his longing for death, was drivning his power to control him...it was obvious he couldn't control himself, he needed to focus...

He saw his father, his spirit, his soul it spoke to Aridian, it told him that his love, his mothers love would always be with him, and he was told that to be scared to sad was not wrong, but right...

In that moment the light passed, and the darkness was destroyed..Aridian needed a way out...

Focusing all his energy into one object a stone. He managed to escpae the prison but ended up in a world different from his own...the world of Aenea.
