Scrolls: Raise Dead and Resurrection

There comes a time in an adventurer's life (ok, probably several times) when he or she finds himself standing in the Great Hall of Zolaras at an inconvenient time (such as...anytime). Wouldn't it be great if there were a "get out of death" card?

Luckily for unlucky adventurers, there are two such items available, on a convenient piece of paper. Scrolls. That anybody can use on a dead (PC) body.

raise dead - Use this on a corpse to bring that PC back to life at the location of his/her corpse with 1 hitpoint and restore 75% of the XP that character lost upon dying.

resurrection - Use this on a corpse to bring that PC back to life at the location of his/her corpse with full hitpoints and restore 75% of the XP that character lost upon dying.

Another great thing about these two scrolls...other PCs can get one off your corpse to use on you if you have one in your inventory! Yes, even if you don't have such a scroll yourself, it might be worthwhile to check that PC corpse you just discovered to see if they have one. Just click on that corpse for a quick search for that valuable paper.
