I started playing around with this in a test module myself. I haven't tried out all the options, but the swapping in of X shape in replace of another looks kinda cool. Perhaps it could be tweaked in a way for Aenean shifters to "learn" shapes local to Aenea in place of forms they don't find any use for.

I personaly haven't found much use for certain shapes (such as the harpy shape), but replacing it with an equivalent monster like say, an umberhulk or whatnot would be fun.

Yeah, I tried this out too and it's very nice if only for the huge amounts of variety involved. The extra shapes aren't too powerful, but most shifter shapes aren't.

And it would be neat to see Aenea monsters added to a version of this. Pleasepleaseplease?
