Smitty : he will give poor prices on lots of stuff, but he is also the only one who will buy certain things, like potions, rings, etc. Get your appraise up if you want to get decent prices, or maybe hang onto your loot till you can get someone with high appraise to sell it. Smitty also sells miscellaneous items such as cloaks and a few rings and scrolls. Most importantly, however, he sells Potions of Escape.

Darla: Gives the best prices in the vale, but has limited scope of what she will buy. She also has the best armor and weapons in town. If you have certain items in your inventory, she may also be able to create something special for you.

Antonis: He sells restoration scrolls (for when you get poisoned or diseased), as well as healing kits and wands for those who can use them.

Sarina (in the graveyard) - she sells the Soul Anchor boots as well as raise dead scrolls, resurrect scrolls, and Gift of Zolaras tokens (the tokens are a MUST have for soloing, unless you have TONS of piety).

And there's also Butch the Butcher, who will sell fish, meat, and blood (for those with a taste for it). There is also the Baker, and the Spirit of Granny outside the Baker's shop who sells recipies.

And of course, Morty, who resides with Bluebeard, sells odds and ends like blank scrolls, pure metal wands, rings and amulets blank books.... Ask him for the really really good stuff!
