stone horse graphic issue Empty stone horse graphic issue

Not sure if it is a bug or just my machine but i got the stone horse from the antique dealer and when i try to use it i get these 2 issues:
When i summon it..the horse is "invisible"
When i mount it, i get the image of a female hafling instead of the horse.. i got to take a print screen otherwise no one will believe me... lol!

You might need the most up to date version of the aeneahak_updates.hak
file (or the PLAYERPACK_PATCH_AUG_09 file & the updated updates
hak).

It looks to me like you need the latest aeneahak_updates.hak file. The first picture looks like a missing model file (the stone horse itself), the second appears to combine the first problem with an outdated tailmodel.2da file (in which case a new one is in the updates hak).

Then i guess my original download was either corrupted or failed. I will redownload them again...
I also tried the software "worldgate" that you suggested but i keep crashing at the las 50 odd kilobyte...maybe that what's causingthe corruption.
