Not Used: Sun Spells

As it stands currently, the only spell that instantly kills vampires is Sunburst. I'm not sure if it works on Vampire PCs or not (Never tried)

However, there is the spell Sunbeam, which does not instantly kill vampires, and I'm pretty sure that it does no exgtra damage to them over other undead. Might it do double damage to vampires or better yet, apply a "burning" effect on them for a short time?

Also, it'd be nice if drow and other sun-sensitive races could takes some additional penalties to sun-based spells.

I can't remember if there are more spells out there that are sun-based. I know there's searing light, but I don't think that's officially sun-based. If there are others, I'd suggest the same as the above to those as well, balanced out for spell level accordingly.
