War Cleric of Terris

So, I was going to have a Dwarven Cleric of Terris who used Champion of Torm pre-epic to up the BAB, until I remembered that the Champion class was now Dalix-Only. So!

I am now left with a couple of alternatives. The first, and most obvious, is to go Fighter pre-epic for a few levels (most likely eight, leaving me with an 18 BAB pre-epic) and finish up with Epic Cleric. But there are two Aenean PrC's that could add something of interest to this build... the Animator and the Ironheart. Now, I could use either one or both of these, with or without the Fighter levels. If I use both, I'll be doing 20 Cleric, with whatever amount of the other two is most useful post-epic (Ironheart would be 10, most likely, but Animator is up for debate as to how much of it is most useful.) If I go Fighter, I'd pick whichever of my other two options seems most awesome, and here I'd appreciate it if anyone could weigh in on the usefulness of the Animator.

Instead of Fighter, I would think dwarven defender.... you can qualify with 10 cleric levels.

Impersonally not too hyped on Animator, myself... so I would probably use ironheart.

So, how much Defender would work? If I use Ironheart, that's 10 Cleric gone right there. Do I want this to be mostly cleric, or would Clr10/DwD20/Iro10 be a decent combination?

All depends on where the DD damage reduction plateaus are. Manny or S'vair would know better.

6, 10, 14, 18, 22, etc...

If you're gonna have decent CHA, you may want to consider Warblade too. It's only a 5 level PRC (not a semiclass, an actual class), but it's a +1 AB class, and it's abilities give divine damage to your attacks, which will stack with divine might.

But isn't it Torgat only?

Dur... you're right. I read the title here as "war cleric of Torgat"..... oops.

I would think Cleric 12, DD 18, IH 10 then.
