Build Thought

So, I'm thinking of rolling a Fighter/Soulfire Warrior/Ironheart. I know people usually take Weapon Master for extra critical power with the sword, but I'm thinking of a defensive build. Take Expertise feats, and just tank everything. (If only I could take a fourth class for WM...)

...but for a true tank style class have you considered a Dwarven Shadowchild Ftr/Dwarven Defender/ Ironheart ....

... I think this type of build would be very hard to hit with anything when wearing Dwarven Armour of the Wall (the defender specific variant) and a certain tower shield... The dwarven defender stance feat could prove useful, you could use the ftr bonus feats for building your offensive stuff, and the denfender/ironheart feats for defensive bonuses...

...the shadowchild subrace gives you a permanent 20% concealment, making you harder to hit.. but shadowchild's are not particularly easy to play for some....
... at ascension this build could be very very tough.... couple it up with high con (you wont need much str if nothing can hit you, you could stand there all day beating away), so that IF something does hit you it'll also take them ages to kill you... throw in an amulet of life...
....some AC boosting boots/cloak/ring... maybe a helm of ferocity... a str belt from Gron... and the very nice selection of dwarven waraxes (via custom item maybe).... and I'd say you have a very nice rock... er, tank... ...
