Heya, Not Used: Easy access when traveling ... 787378!

Any chance there could be a ring (or other device), gotten from Arkon, that would allow the PC to summon her storage chest at will (perhaps being blocked only in areas that don't allow teleportation)? I think adventurers should have greater access to their hordes, and not have to rely on visiting a physical location to manage the stashin'. And don't worry, that wouldn't cut Arkon out of the game, because said PC would still have to purchase the initial chest from him, in addition to the ring/amulet/gauntlets/whatever ...
