Was thinking maybe some basic arena-style shenanigans tonight.

Not quite as organized or structured as Manny's "Junius Brutus" arena challenges.... but something more free form.

My basic idea is, player chooses an in-game item upgrade they want, and then based on various factors like their gear, level, class, etc... I whip up a combat challenge for them. If they kill all enemies, they get their free upgrade. If they die, they get some XP as a consolation prize.

Unfortunately, tonight is D&D night. For reals, pen and paper, Eberron setting and all.

Next time, we'll be sure to take part.

I think I can make it to this one for a short time (an hour or so).

One request from me(not targeted at anyone in particular):

If you do make it to the event, cool:) I would prefer not to be assailed with upgrades requests during the event. If I have time afterwards, we can see about stuff then.

Thanks to everyone who showed up

We had some good fights, some really hard fights, some great victories, and some unfortunate defeats. All in all, I think it was a success. Congratulations to those who earned new upgrades!
