Used: The Helevan Tailor

The arcane tailor assistant gives a craft skill boost... but... there's no way to utilize the boost in that hall unless you leave and teleport to someplace else (*might* be able to run on foot, but the boost lasts only two or three minutes if I recall)...
How about putting in some mystic boots, tailor dummy and a crafting anvil in there? Would make spending 2K gp for the boost a bit more attractive
