Add Dwarven defenders, Warblades, and Purple Dragon Knights to the "usable by" restrictions on these rods.

Those three full BAB combat classes can't use the enhancement rods currently because the restrictions only allow fighter, paladin, ranger, barbarian, champs, and blackguards to use.

I would even say AA's too, so they can use the rods on their arrow stacks, although they already do get a hefty bonus to their arrows already.

My personal opinion?

The darn rods should be usable by everyone. Get rid of the restrictions totally.
