Q updater not updating ...

Heya!

When I try to run Q's version 2 updater, it tells me that it can't find nwmain.exe. I found this bit of dialogue in the guts of the forced update batch file:

REM First check we're in the rsync folder off the root NWN folder else continue with the
REM updating. We could do some fancy nwn.ini checking for the correct paths and such, but
REM honestly, how many people really go around changing where their /nwn/hak/ folder is located?
IF NOT EXIST ..\nwmain.exe GOTO NONWN

That's a good one, guys! Whoever would've tinkered around with their installation? Do y'all think this is my problem, as my directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition ...

If that's the case, can anyone advise me on how to get the updater to recognize the different path? I'm a little [read: whole lot] rusty on coding ...

Let me add that I don't particularly want to do a reinstallation of NwN. If that's what it comes down to, I will gladly redownload new Q haks with new content [I looked for such a beast, but only found downloads for the updaters].

I also know that this is a Q question, but I trust my Aenean sisters and brothers implicitly, so you're first in my question lineup ....

Moving to tech support...

What's the full path for:
a) your NWN folder and
b) your Q_Updater folder

On my computer, they are:
a) C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN and
b) C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\Q_Updater

The Q_Updater folder needs to be in your NWN folder.

a) C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition
b) C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition\Q_Updater

Okay, while trying stuff out, I got a different response. I had the stuffs in the wrong file ... oops!
