Used: Elven wine merchant inventory woes

I originally posted this issue in the bug section of the forum, but considering that it is not a bug, I thought i'd move the meat of the issue to teh more appropriate suggestions section.

I know I've been able to snag 3 bottles of the stuff that I need in the last several attempts. This is frustrating for me, and I can teleport there with no trouble - for a new player, having to travel all that way, and not being able to complete the quest would be downright maddening. My solution - either give the merchant an inexhaustible supply of the wine, or make his inventory refresh waaaaay quicker (on server reset just isn't meeting the demand part of the whole supply-demand equation).

Any thoughts?

One would think for such a hot item, the merchant would stock more of it...
