The column of screenshots going down the right of the page is impressive by itself,
but there is also information to be gained by clicking on those screenshots. (ahem!)

I myself didnt realize early on that clicking them would yield more info, or that
it would even display a larger image.

I suggest a heading above that column explaining that clicking on the
thumbnails will provide a larger image possibly with additional information.

I agree; the information there can be pretty helpful/ enticing to new folks, and it isn't exactly self evident.
