Partially Used: Another Info Time suggestion

Along with the nifty server reset info, would be awesome to be able to see how much time left before one can rest again as well as use renewal potions or other "time delayed" functions (i just cant think of any others right now).

Can save the hassle of blowing a use/charge/potion with no effect. And even the item lag from attempting such actions too soon

could even have the resting bit include whether or not the current area allows resting.

Something like:

"You have 0 hours until you can rest again. This area does not allow resting."

Rescripting sleep limitation to much simpler code that counts down once per game hour.

Adding "Sleep Delay: " to info time.

Not putting in if an area can be rested in, since that should show in the upper right hand menu as a red block over the "rest" button.
