A totally stellar contest!
Ok, ok ok! In light of all of the contests popping up around here, I thought I'd throw one of my own out. Ya ready?
Name the six planets in the Aenean solar system!
Hint #1: Aenea is the second one!
Hint #2: Know your posts!
Hint #3: Don't pester Svair - he's had a hard day!
The contest is open to everyone except , for obvious reasons! The prize, something special, goes to the lucky poster who puts them all down first! See if you win!
Now, then, on with the show!

Huh.... I must be losing it..... at most I can only think of 4, and three of those technically are not planets.... though they could be considered celestial bodies....

(Yes, my kids, especially the 3 year old, watch that show.)
Re: A totally stellar contest!
Klask | The first planet, earthlike, no atmosphere. |
Aenea | The second planet, earthlike. |
Terris' Belt | A thin asteroid belt. |
T'Meshna | The third planet, small, earthlike, swampy. |
Gorlan | The fourth planet, water world, ice crust, breathable atmosphere. |
Andra's Garden | The fifth planet, large, earthlike, uninhabited. |
Typhis' Playground | The sixth planet, gaseous, breathable air, constant wind storms. |
Ragnor's Chain | A thick asteroid belt. |

Re: A totally stellar contest!
It's cutnpasted from the same website where I learned that if implements the Goldfangs as he originally conceived them, low-level PCs would have a tougher time with the Teshian ore quest than now.
I originally found the website when trying (unsuccessfully) to see where the name "Aenea" came from:
http://www.amethyst-dragon.com/Aenea/index.html
There is some pretty neat information there.

Re: A totally stellar contest!
Yup, that's exactly how I did it lol Got bored one day a while back and googled Aenea just to see what came up/ figure out how had come up with the name/ find etymologies and so forth; and that's the website I came across. I found the planet list under the Spell Jammer information

Neat! That makes at least two of us, and probably more. I think gave an origin for the name at one point, not nearly as complicated as I was assuming :-)

Re: A totally stellar contest!
The origin of the name for Aenea:
I needed a name for my campaign world, something different. I finally just made up a word that I could have fun with...it's spelled the same way forwards and backwards!
