The item does not have the described restrictions of where these may be used in Aenea. And if all flight is restricted to outdoor above ground locations, maybe a FAQ entry would be helpful, too.

Ah, I see. The "active wings" cloak has that information, but not the inactive one.

I'll add something to the FAQ about flight.
