A carved sign in the center of the Vale....

A wooden sign has been erected in the crossroads of the Vale, with a message written in the angular carved writing of Derfel Cadarn.

"To all residents of Valorian's Vale.

As Warlord of Beuttleria, I've begun to stockpile supplies for the upcoming war. Some of it is financed by the sale of unwanted resources siezed from enemy forces in combat, some of it is financed by my personal fortune. Included in the stockpile will be ammunition (primarily arrows), curatives and restoratives (in the form of Asis potions and Restoration and Resurrection scrolls), enhancement crystals, weapons and armor, and a variety of boots, helms, and bracers. There is a limited selection of attack scrolls, so those will be distributed in small numbers.

Anyone who fights in defense of the Vale may request of me whatever aid they require and I will grant it to the best of my ability. My resources are not limitless, but they are sufficient to carry the unprepared through this war without being left behind.

OOC: Requests for supplies can be made here or in-game. People have left a lot of loot behind at the last few events, simply because nobody wanted it, so I've transformed it into money and supplies for people who have a hard time getting their supplies together, or people who need something other than what was in the loot pile. So anytime I say the proceeds go towards defense of the Vale, this is what I mean.

An addition is carved and hung beneath the original sign.

"Field tests have determined the spell Darkfire is capable of allowing our weapons to harm Demiliches, the leaders of the undead forces.

With this knowledge, I wish to contract immediately with anyone able to create scrolls of this spell to be disseminated to all Vale forces capable of making use of it."

Nania reads the note, then scribes her own one and stitches it on the bottom:

"Anyone who requires scrolls of Darkfire, or any other spell which i am capable of casting can contact me, Nania Meren, elven enchantress and priestess of Asis."

**A scrap of paper is tacked to the sign with a short message scribed in what can only be fairly fresh blood, as it is dripping slowly down the page**

"You will all die. Your souls will be consumed. Your struggle is futile."
