No actual Thanksgiving dinner for me or Mr. Chongo this year, but I hear tell my grandmother is forcing my mom to bring a ton of leftovers to us. Very sweet of her, I just hope she wasn't having one of her Days when she made everything! Poor woman's survived a stroke or two and now she can be a bit daft and her sense of taste is not what it used to be... none of us want to tell her when she's gone and cooked something without an essential ingredient or twice as long as she should or something! I have high hopes for the pumpkin roll she apparently made just for us though!
(Also, I just noticed I had never replied to say Happy Thanksgiving! Ooops! Happy Belated!)
