Does drown respect water breathing properties? If not, might it be changed to do so?

In most cases, it should. I've dug into the scripts for that several times (there's a spell, and a monster ability, and a couple of other scripts than are sometimes used for different types of drowning).

If you were killed by drowning while you had waterbreathing going, where and by what?
