Not Used: Sustenance
Could we get the "Sustenance" property added to the list of custom effects for custom items? Pretty please? It's save up a ring & Ioun Stone slot, so that'd be nice, cause not everyone can carry around huge quantities of food.

Hell.... I would like to see something like this added to the XP store for a *permanent* freedom from hunger and thirst.
The ability to not need air to breathe, too

Hmm, creating a new custom property for use in the toolset without scripts would probably be difficult, to near impossible, but would save MASSIVE resources in regards to all the scripts that would be removed from the game. Less lag, saved space, yadda yadda.
Still almost every single property found in the toolset when you add CEP were actually already in the toolset, they were merely not choosable because the 2da files included with the game never updated.
