For a 1/day 40th level pure class feat of such awesomeness... the visual is kinda piddly.... might we get an upgrade?

Just as a comparison - Hellball, which can be gotten much sooner and by any caster eligible for epic spells, looks far more awesome. Granted, this things range isn't nearly as big, but still...

I haven't tested it personally, but I've seen it used a couple of times, and I'd have to agree... it's underwhelming, particularly with how evasion/imp.evasion can nerf the damage outright.

I just meant the visual effect here. The damage types and saves are good as is as far as I'm concerned.
