Not Used: Telekinetic Claw Empty Not Used: Telekinetic Claw

I love this thing... it's an awesome item that helps get things that are out of reach and whatnot.... but why the level restriction? Might we get it removed, or is there something I'm missing about it that warrants a ILR of 10?

It's an awesome item that helps get things that are out of reach and whatnot. Smile Not everything needs to be useable by 2nd and 3rd level characters...it might give some players an incentive to just get those next few levels to try out this cool item.
