XP for climb/jump/balance Empty XP for climb/jump/balance

For the few times when there is a consequence for failure (damage, falling, etc) I think there should be some small XP reward for success at climbing, jumping, and balancing in order to balance the risk. Not much XP at all mind you, maybe even just the bare minimum 4 or 5 xp... but something.

Is there some way to increase the behind the scenes skills that you cannot put points into at level up? I would really like to work some of mine up if I knew of a way.

They're basically class-based, with some ability modifier adjustments. A couple are affected by certain items (such as boots of striding and springing aiding your Jump checks). Swim and jump are affected by armor check penalty and weight carried.

Right now, there isn't really a way to increase them at level up.
